Released in 1975 and located at the former Republican Central Botanical Garden of the Ukrainian SSR. Bears abundant crops of strikingly large, pear-shaped fruit. Up to 1-1/2" long. The dark red fruit weighs from 5.5 to 6g and has a 7% sugar content. Fruit ripens in late August-Early September with the yield from one tree being about 40 kg.
