Nebraska Source Hazelnut is a plant obtained through the Ohio Nut Growers organization. It produced a decent sized nut on a 15 ft bush. It ripens at the end of August and falls free of the husk when ripe. The tree is readily mound layered, rooting without the need for hormone.
